What a credit buys

You buy a code
It arrives by email, and anyone who administers the organization can redeem it — so whoever holds the card doesn't need an account.
Nothing recurs
There is no plan and no card kept on file. Credits sit on the organization until they are used.
Payment is handled by Stripe — we never see or store card details. It appears on your statement as SENDGATHER. SendGather is operated by Rope Labs LLC.
Credits never expire, and they are not refundable. If your organization is tax-exempt, tell us before you buy and we'll sort it out.
